Gutwhale - A Finite Action Roguelite
Gutwhale is a finite action roguelite game available on Xbox One. The game takes you on a descent into the guts where you must try to keep your ammo close, unlock weird hats, and get crushed by a van! The levels of Gutwhale are randomly generated, which makes the game playable forever. However, the game has a definite ending that you can reach in 1-7 hours, depending on your experience with similar games.
Gutwhale has smooth gameplay and offers 3 areas with unique enemies. You can also unlock game-changing hats while playing. The game supports full controller support, making it easy to play. Beating the game is only the beginning of the end. The game developers started the project in March when they had to stop working because of the Corona Virus. Since then, two amazing developers have joined the project, and Gutwhale will be released in the beginning of April. The developers will post short development logs on their page from time to time, and they hope players will enjoy the game.
